apparently they DO KNOW the rules...

the new OT rule is only in effect for the postseason, this year, not reg season...

don't feel alone...i thought it was in effect too, until i looked it up....i didnt realize it was gonna be playoffs only..

Not sure if there is a new college rule or not... but the announcers for the Boise/Wyoming game were going on and on about the refs missing a pass interference call on a Boise interception. Refs went to review the INT and the announcers were 100% confident they'd throw a flag after reviewing the play. Is that something new or were the announcers just clueless?
