I'm a horse racing fan but I'm not looking forward to it. Sports movies (horse racing included) usually blow IMO.

I'll see it because I heard the cinematography is supposed to be very good but Disney is supposed to have taken many liberties with the storyline.

Old enough to have seen him and know the whole story behind him, but still looking forward to the release of the film. I hope Disney does him justice. I don't attend theatres, so I'll wait for it to come out on Blu-Ray DVD and watch it with my wife on the home theatre. For those that don't know his story, enjoy!

disney did "miracle on ice" as well as "invinceable"... pretty sure they they did some other quality sports flicks. Invinceable is among my top 10 of all time

I've worked in the industry for quite a while so i'm sure i'll be a little underwhelmed since i'm sure was made for the masses. But Secretariat definitely diserves a successful movie in his honor so i hope it becomes popular.

I'm sure Railbird believes this horse to not even be top five of all-time.
