I am looking to buy a little present for myself in the form of a restored 67-69 Camaro, 70-72 Chevelle or a 67 Mustang Fastback.

Problem is there is no blue book pricing on cars this old. I am trying to figure which car I am looking at is a good deal and which cars are over priced.

I currently have my eye on this bad boy but don't know if his asking price is a good deal or not.

Wow! Talk about a trap for the novice. The classic car business.

Buy what will make you happy no matter if its worthless and parts are outta sight. Being happy is what this life is all about.

It's amazing that people think paying a few cents less than market value is one of the keys to maximizing happiness. Then a year after they own their car/house/stereo/jewelry/phone/whatever it doesn't make them much happier than a lot of other possible uses for the money

If I had the opportunity to make an offer on a car like that and couldn't be bothered to do any research I wouldn't go any higher than $100

Tom, it is obvious that you are not a car lover. If I had a 4 car garage I could own 2 more.
