I have been to vegas numerous times and spend most of my time in the bellagio and caesars sportsbooks.

Recently a friend told me that some sportsbook is 24/7 on the strip and I had never heard that.

Question for you guys, what sportsbook is 24/7 or is that not true?

Thanks fellas.

Hmmm...
Dont know of any that are 24-7.

Although off the strip, Gold Coast used to be close to 24-7. I think they would shut down for like an hour in the early morning hours.

I know Bills stays open pretty late. I think they close down for a few hours in the early mornings as well though.

I think the #'s are up and you can cash a ticket at the main cage but I don't think there is someone there writing tickets after the last game or horse race is over except for Friday and Saturday nights. There really is no reason to be open 24 hours during the week to write 2 or 3 10 team $5 parlay tickets. If the company had their way, they would remove the book and put in slot machines.

Thanks fellas, like I said I did not think there was one but I was not sure. I know it is pointless for them to be open from midnight to 8am really but with the ryder cup going on I thought maybe when I was smashed late late fri or sat night I would check it out.

Thanks

I returned from Vegas after spending week 1 and 2 of the NFL season there. Went to quite a few sportsbooks. My favorite for wagering was the M Resort. The place is nice and clean and has numerous bars and eateries. Their buffet is the best in Vegas for under 30 bucks for Dinner and includes King Crab legs. The buffet also includes beer and wine, Rootbeer made on the premises and beers from their Micro brewery.

The sportsbook offers ingame wagering and 1st half and 1st qtr. lines on numerous games. I made a cash deposit and took my wireless gaming device and sat at the bar and made my wagers from there instead of standing in line. It worked for me. Made wagers such as, will there be a first down made on this drive.

If you are a drinker, the Rio sportsbook is the place to be. We took in a Sunday night game and the CW kept bringing us each a beer and a shot everytime with no drink ticket required. Just take care of the CW and she will take care of you.

Back to your question, while strolling thru the downtown area one nite I noticed that there was what looked like a Leroy's self serve wagering kiosk at the Golden Gate Hotel not far from the entrance. You maybe able to place your wager for your ryder cup matches late at night using one of those self serve type kiosks.

Hope it helps you and good luck on your matches.

Southpoint is 24/7
Bingo, a correct answer ! There is a real person there to take wagers 24/7. However Southpoint is not on the strip as I know it. It is about 6 miles South of the Main strip area on Las Vegas Blvd right off of the I-15 with an on and off ramp right there. Caesar's advertises that their Sportsbook is open 24 hours but I can't verify it. It might be true. If so then We have a Sportsbook right on the main strip open 24/7
