I used Accuscore and they really need to take the "Accu" part out of it. They grade their baseball and hockey totals at -110. I've asked them how can they predict a baseball or a hockey total at -125, then grade it at -110 when it loses, but they have never answered even one of my numerous emails to them.
They are better at marketing their cherry picked, hindsight stats than they are at making predictions.
They (Rx Newsbot) indeed provide interesting statistical blubs in each game selection to serve as an enticement.
We then see the following at the end of each game presentation:
Click here to see AccuScore's pick for this game.
After clicking through thinking we will see AccuScore's pick for the subject game, we are instead directed to purchase "Advisor Packages" ranging in price from $99 (1 month) to $399 (1 year.)
Shouldn't this service refrain from these deceptive marketing practices? :think2:
Also, it is very troubling to read that the customer service department refuses to respond to emails regarding their game grading (as Rx member
bilbal has alluded to) on variable odds sports like baseball and hockey. They grade all games in these particular sports at -110? That's pure fantasy and ridiculous.
I realize that AccuScore has paid the Rx for the right to advertise their services. Not sure why a banner ad couldn't have accomplished the same results for them. Instead, a dedicated section in the Rx. In all likelyhood, they spent quite a bit for this privilege. I think they will be hard pressed to recoup their investment, but I wish them luck.
