Twins over the Yankees
Giants over the Braves

Will discuss these more tomorrow when I have more time. Good luck to everyone on their playoff wagers!

I really think the Twins can win this series, and if they do watch out. I will be putting a small wager on them to win the AL and WS as well. They have the hitting to take full advantage of the Yankees questionable pitching. The Twins hit .282 at home, and they also have a better road BA than the Yanks. Their bullpen seemed shaky towards the end of the season but they have the talent to shut down games. Don't mess with the Twinkies in Minny... getting TONS of plus money in this price for Twins series AT HOME is just incredible value.

I think the Giants' pitching staff will easily handle the Braves in the NLDS. The Braves were a great home team all year but they weren't good at all on the road. Their offense will struggle in SF's pitcher's park, and SF will do what they have been doing all year... find ways to win games. I don't see the Giants losing a home game but if they do they can easily take a game in Atlanta with the staff they have. Lincecum will beat Lowe handily in Game 1 and the series will take care of itself from there on out...

I very much agree with you.

I will say as much as I liked the giants at first, I'm a little worried that so many people are on them.

their offense has been suspect.. i worry about the giants. Pitching will dominate, but can they put enough runs up. We know the braves should put up a run or two per game... hmmm
