Who moderates the NHL and NBA forums?

Poster "RX Newsbot" is cluttering/littering those forums with many new threads
every day, posters don't like it, and he's not listening. For example:

I understand how everyone is feeling about this...... I sent out an email to see if we can control it and keep it in it's own Sub Forum.

I'm taking a Wild guess here, it's Not a Poster....but a computer Generated program.

As soon as I find out more information, and how to control it..... i will let you know.

Thanks. Perhaps while this is being looked into the existing clutter
can be removed by those with deleting powers, or transferred to
a waste disposal area like the Rubber Room.

I'm going to hold off doing the above. I feel that if I moved or Delete any of them, More will be generated :smoking:

Rx Newsbot Threads.

FYI - We are trying to make it easier for posters to find all game related information, so we will be creating a single thread for each game. These threads will be automatically created, and then there will be single sticky thread with links to all of the individual game threads in each forum. We encourage posters to use these threads for pre and in game chatter”

All we ask is for you is to give each forum a little time as the threads will blend in with the traditional Rx poster created threads after a few hours. Naturally when they first are posted they give the appearance of overloading the forum in question, of course that is not our intention. Right now the project is very much a work in progress. One we hope will become popular with cappers to get together and exchange ideas on games that interest them plus offer some at your fingertips game information a mouse click away.

No one is obligated to open the threads unless they are interested in what they have to offer. The project is brand new and granted quite basic, please give us a little time to fine tune the the threads to a point where they can offer enough information to spark some intelligent game discussion from our regular sport forum posters.

As far as I know you will not see any of these threads here in The Offshore Forum..
We are working hard to make the feeds interesting and informative but for the sports forums only. Right now the threads only contain the bare minimum. That will change.

I know many of you are reluctant to accept change but given time The Rx feels these threads will become an excellent information source on each days schedule, a source that offers some useful daily game information.

All I ask right now is for you to kindly be a bit patient and allow us some time to fine tune the threads before drawing conclusions. Also please trust us, I guarantee you we are listening to your feedback, but before taking any action simply need more time to refine a finished product that hopefully will make a difference on how posters who use our Sport Forums will react to this new and strictly optional project.
