My GF and I went to this Tower in the middle of this Park/field thing and walked up the stairs to the top it was about dusk and the park was about to close I could swear we heard something coming up the stairs shuffling. I've had a couple of things happen that made me believe, at the time.
The thing is, no matter how convinced we are about something being real or actually happening at that moment, as the weeks, months, and years go by, we tend to forget and look for excuses or reasons for what happened and begin to doubt it was real....

Lived in a house here in Boise where a kid got killed. Nothing ever happened, never saw anything. The kid died in the basement from a gunshot wound. As soon as I told an ex roommate, he said he started to hear things. Pretty much made me believe that the people that see things want to see things. IE it's in their head. I'm not completely discounting it, but the guy never once mentioned anything strange until I told him the story.
Nope. There are a lot of things we may think we see, hear, or feel that can't readily be explained - this doesn't mean it is supernatural; just that we do not have all the answers. The human mind is a powerful instrument and if indoctrinated either forcibly or mistakenly can be made to believe all sorts of rubbish.
Absolutely... haven't seen anything with my own eyes but several credible friends who have. My one friend lived in the basement of his family's home and on several occasions saw the ghost of a little girl downstairs. He was okay with it until one of the big mirrors exploded in his basement one night for no apparent reason. He moved out of the house the next day and refuses to ever go back... Scared the absolute shit out of him
