When it comes to things like this, torrents are the best. The quality is absolutely insane and, for the more popular shows, you can get the show in as little as one hour after it ended. And, if you are unfamiliar with torrents, you only need to know one key thing: the more people downloading the file(s), the faster it goes ... a perk that makes streaming it a nightmare.

they are having an issue at IceFilms....for some people the links are working and for some they are not. I followed the instructions they have on the main page for what to do when you exceed your download limit at mega upload but still can't get it to work.
will take a look into all these links when I have time to sit down and relax. thanks guys.
i use www.sidereel.com and use the megavideo links. this works for me but you can only view 70 min of free shows before it locks you out for 1 hour.
Over time, you'll come to recognize the names (and groups) of the uploaders. IN the meantime, sites like thepiratebay.org and demonoid.com have a ratings system (VIP, trusted, etc). The comments section also is really quick to expose any problems. And, of course, no matter what you download, you have a 0.0001% chance of infecting your machine if you exercise a modicum of caution and use an updated virus protection software.
It is rather odd, but these guys are fighting for "supremacy" on these sites and take their group's name very seriously.
