Fla. man arrested for landscaping with cannabis

A Florida man was arrested after police discovered he landscaped most of his front yard with human-size pot plants, myFOXorlando.com reported late Monday.
Agents with the Osceola County Investigative Bureau responded to a residence in St. Cloud Fla., in reference to suspected marijuana plants growing in front of the house.
Upon arrival, agents observed cannabis plants up to seven feet (2.1 meters) tall growing in planters in front of Bryan Hartman's residence.
The plants could easily be seen from the roadway with an unobstructed view of the residence, according to the agents who obtained permission from the homeowner to search the property.
They discovered 17 plants ranging from two feet tall to seven feet tall. Hartman, 45, was arrested and charged with cultivation of cannabis before being booked into the Osceola County Jail.
