BK is great for breakfast. Or dinner. Or lunch. I love that place, but I have to ignore it most of the time so I don't get fat.

seriously though... there are ways to eat this sensibly .. if you crave mcdonalds get a happy meal everything is small... OR eat a eggmcmuffin which has LESS FAT then a bagel with Creamcheese..... once a week WILL NOT hurt you at all!

i didnt eat the hash browns at all and couldnt finish the rest as its alot of food and im not a big sausage person to begin with

I eat a steak, egg and cheese bagel and down it with a large caramel frappe. That alone is 1300 calories.

All fast food is bad.

moderation is the key....

example

breakfast... bowl of cornflakes 1 piece toast and fruit glass of juice or coffee


Lunch Tuna with lettuce 1 piece of toast and side tossed salad


Dinner . Mcdonald Cheesburger Small fry Water or small Diet coke


FYI the cheesburger has 300 calories 12 G fat the fry has 250 calories...... a 550 calorie meal for dinner is NOT bad once in awhile


mix in apples or fruits inbetween...

Dunkin Donuts is the way to go for breakfast

My personal favs I usually get : Bagel with reduced fat cream cheese (Trust me, you won't know the difference.) And also : Turkey cheddar bacon flat bread sandwich. Both roughly 300 cals

I like to eat whatever the hell I like and workout like a crazy guy. I'm not cut up like I should be but a 17 mile bike ride in 40 minutes will keep ya skinny enough.

That is true. The more muscle you have the more cals you going to burn.

Nobody is forcing us to eat that fast food shit. I actually think people would rather not eat McDonalds and Burger King it is just too convenient to our lifestyle to grab quick and cheap bites to eat.

I started working from home a few months ago and my fast food intake has dramatically decreased. I maybe help myself to fast food once every two weeks or so. If people are too exhausted or too busy to whip a home cooked meal then at the very least alter your eating out destinations and go some place that uses fresh food. Technically it isn't fast food, it is just food that somebody else cooks for you. Go to In-N-Out burgers or your local neighborhood burger joint that does short order cooking. Those local places that does short order cooking are legit. They don't buy shit with a bunch of preservatives and when you eat there they don't present your food to you in specially labeled boxes and wrappers with little condiment packets.

Funny thing about fast food is it only tastes good if you eat it right away. A leftover Whopper or taco bell burrito tastes like crap if you try to microwave it later. You can't say the same thing for a home cooked meal. Home cooked shit sometimes improves in taste when you eat it the following day.

i usually eat a big lunch and breakfast and work out during the night and maybe grab a small snack. eating crap food late at night is what adds the weight.
