Need help please...why is a -3 worth +130 on the other side and a -3.5 worth +165 on the other side...

The steelers game are -3 and +130 for dolphins

the Falcons are _3.5 and +165 on the other side...why the big different for .5 point?

3 has about 6 line moves before u get off of it.........3 dog 25 3 dog 20 3 dog 15 3 flat 3 -115 3 -120 -125 and 3 -30 if you want...........it costs 25 extra 35 total to buy off of 3's at most shops...so ml will be 30 cents diff or so

thanks steak I had no idea half a point makes the ML so different... I guess coming off the 3 makes sense for the bigger ML on the other side
