problems at BETDSI stay away from this shop

problems at BETDSI stay away from this shop..

They have moved maximum online limits down to $10

They will not take a phone wager from my account despite telling me I had a $500 phone in limit.

Today they told me they basically do not want any action from me (Top Manager Smith at BetDSI) and Dave (Bookmaker-horses) made this decision.

was a customer for over 6-7 years something like that.

sad day when a once great family of books betdsi/bookmaker fall this far far far

Cash is safe they gave me a couple options to cash out over time anyway not all at once.

up about 15k there thats it...And never asked for a payout in 6-7 years..

what a trash of a book AVOID..

Bookmaker and DSI cut me off a couple of years ago on horse racing wagers and when I asked them why, they simply stated we don't want your action any more! Haven't played there since.

DSI and Bookmaker are incredible books. You are way out of line saying to avoid them because they cut you off after you beat them. It sucks but it's the way most books work. At least you know you are getting paid your cash. I know you're pissed but there's no reason to tell people to avoid two of the best and most reliable books out there.

And Bookmaker is supposed to be one of the best books for big bettors right?

Bookmaker started clamping down significantly starting about 2 years ago on horse racing and if you beat them badly enough, they will cut you off period and they are very frank about doing so! Neither Mickey or Dave want me anywhere near them on horses. For the record, they are not the only book that has done that to me on horses.

T3 is just pissed and he has a point. Your money is safe though. They should take his sports bets and deny the horses.

I'm at DSI now with a contest win, they are pretty worthless compared to 5D and MB.

Yes! Every penny but it took awhile as they have limitations how much they are willing to process each day using various methods and not everyday payouts are processed.

so what were you actually cut away from, horse racing wagers or just general sports bets?

Did you bet steam or try to middle with their own lines?

I've been with Cris/Bookmaker for over 7 years, never had a problem. But, I don't bet ponies.

There has to be more to the story.

If you think back, the only reason there was a migration to Matchbook was after Pinnacle closed it's doors to the U.S. Market. As you can see, they are now one of our featured sponsors once again. Should they ever decide to open back up to the U.S., Matchbook will rarely be mentioned again IMHO
