I have been the last to give TCU credit for the last three years but i have been wrong. These guys are a lot better than given credit for. I guess we will find out how good when they match up against UTAH, Their defense is unbelieavable.. I have been fading them and just getting killed wel after week.
Lucky, and barely, and beat overrated teams, is that the best you can do ? Who in the hell is Boise and TCU beating ? Boise is not playing defenses like LSU has ? LSU is going to be in every game with a defense like that.Boise really can't even use OSU as a big win because everyone knows OSU is not a good team in September !
All I hear about is Boise's schedule, blah blah blah. Tell me why won't many teams even agree to play them? Why should they not get home & home's like other major programs. They clearly have surpassed the novelty stage & have proven to have staying power. I was ridiculed on this forum a few years ago when I guaranteed this team would not only go undefeated, play in a BCS game, & win against a BCS powerhouse, I said they could play with anyone in the country. Since then, what have they done but be near perfect.
LSU padded their stats against so so teams. They beat a North Carolina team completely decimated by suspensions & still almost lost. They beat up on Vanderbilt, big deal. They follow that up by beating an ok Mississippi State team whose calling card is their defense by far. They barely beat a West Virginia team representing without question the worst BCS conference. They escaped against a clearly rebuilding Tennessee team & barely got by a clearly down Florida team. LSU had zero business being in the top 10 to begin with & were there on name only, this is a fact.
It is the usual BCS conference bias & name recognition that has destroyed college football.
