Locals have a recorder on their phones for a reason and its not because of cheats (those guys are gone quick). Its because of drunks that cannot remember placeing the bet.

I don't drink much anymore..... Couple of beers when going to a Game, maybe one or two on avg. watching the game with some friends.
( Party of course is Different )

That is an interesting thought. I like the comment about recording the conversations for the people that don't remember placing the bets. I guess if you're rich and have money to burn, why not get fucked up and gamble. That sounds like fun if it's all gravy.
