It was also hard to go against a 7-0 "cy young" Lee yesterday too...glad I did. I understand where you're coming from, I just don't play (especially in baseball) off HFAD much. The Giants are a great team and won those games cause they're great, not because they were played in SF. Great teams can have great runs against other great teams. Great!
The 11 run Giant game was an aberration, the 7 from the Rangers wasn't. Cain may cool these bats a bit (Lincecum and friends didn't exactly), but I think the 4-6 they will plate will be enough win.
With two good/great arms going, I'll take the team with the bats anyday of the week.

I'm torn on this game. if there is one negative about Cain over his career it is that he has been prone to the long ball and we all know how that works out against a team like Texas.
than you have CJ Wilson who is prone to the walk but the Giants are a free swinging team. but most of all the Giants will only send ONE lefty to the plate against Wilson who is mainly highly effective against LH.....with almost none in the line up how will he do?
