That news story is dumb as hell IMO. Weird, a malt beverage causing it's drinkers to black out? Who would have thought? What's next? Man who drinks bottle of Jagermeister has little memory of last night. Big fucking surprise.

I'm working on my first Steel Reserve, 9 percent, once you get past the first swallow it's easy.
Had the Loko a few weeks ago, tastes like cough syrup, but packs a punch.

The new Schlitz high octane beer is the way to go if you want beer with a kick.

Hurricane High Gravity is good. 8 or 9%. I like the taste much better than Steel Reserve.

Had a few 12% beers at a local restaurant a while back. It was a micro brew, but I can't remember the name of it to save my life - I do remember the distinct orange after taste though. I didn't think anything of it until we got up to leave...handed the wife the keys to drive home though. These things can really sneak up on you.

Wikipedia says that the FDA had problems with a drink that had caffeine and alcohol. The article said that the caffeine masks the effects of alcohol. Well no shit! It actually counteracts it.

What next? Are they going to outlaw rum and cokes??? People have been drinking those for centuries.

Works just fine also.
But two tins of Steel for 2.50 is a cheap and effective buzz, if that's what you want to go.
If I want a more expensive buzz, I'm doing JW Black, straight up, maybe a hint of ice.
