I see Cutler as a clear number 1. The guy is a crybaby and thinks He's better than John Elway ! He's never thrown a pass that shouldn't have been caught for a TD. What a joke. I have a runnerup in mind but He's not in Cutler's league.

Overrated is a term that's always eluded me. Who are doing these mythical "ratings" that we are comparing to? And are we talking going forward or in the past? Going forward, I'll go with Favre. He'll never be worth spit again. But historically, he's a great.

Tony Romo towards the top of the list...

Romo was my runnerup pick. I really don't see why people think He's one of the elite. He hasn't done anything and He's had plenty of talent around him. Of course He's handicapped by Wade running the show !

Most people use the terms underrated and overrated to mean good or bad. Cutler is not a good QB and that is how most people rate him. Vast majority of players are rated accurately

Romo, hands down. Palmer is no longer considered a top tier QB, and has wideouts that are never where they are supposed to be on the field. Everyone knows Cutler is a piece of shit, not considered top tier either. Romo gets my vote.

You would put Romo in the top tier with the likes of Brady and Manning ?
