Anyone else have their hdtv just stop working

Samsung 42" plasma. Heard 3 'pops', then the screen just went black. Try to turn it on, nothing happens.

Anyone hear of something like this. Past warranty, guessing I'm screwed, or can it be fixed?

Look up the model of your tv and see if it has any problems. If you're lucky it could be the power supply.

3 pops are the worst... hope it comes back for you sounds like a good unit.

samsung's have capacitator issues.

Sounds like the power supply; It can be replaced.
