Palmer needs protection because he is slow as shit. Bengals can't provide it. Palmer would be discussed as one of the best if he played for a team with strong pass protection. Similar to what Drew Bledsoe went through... huge arm, great size and accuracy, but no legs. They can't do shit without time.
