Curious if anyone knows the answer to this question ...
If you contact the bank where you obtained your mortgage, (1) are they required to tell you whether or not they sold your mortgage to a third party, and (2) if they did sell it to a third party, are they required to disclose who that third party is ??
The bank is RBC Bank (formerly RBC Centura) and the state is Florida, if that's relevant.
