Thanks for the reply. Yeah, one free/month. I used it a few weeks back and requested another over a week ago because i'm going on a trip this weekend. Thought I gave enough grace period for a withdrawal to have some extra spending cash.
I actually just got a response finally. I've contacted them since Friday, just to get my tracking # (no dice each time). They finally just told me there's processor issues and my check hasen't gone out yet. Awesome. They don't offer any alternatives either when asked if I could change it. Not particularly happy, just because I got the sense that I was being a nudge for asking for a tracking number after a week. Oh well, what can I do? No point in complaining.
