I have a CDL for work and get randomly drug tested by the Department of Transportation.

Do they quit testing for marijuana?

Do not live in Ca. but may transfer there.

LOL

I remember back in the 80's L.A. started drug testing the city transit drivers and they were dropping like flies.

I don't see how this prop gets passed. Typically the majority of your drug abusers has some kind of felony conviction so that would eliminate their right to vote.

Besides even it does get passed some straightedge judge would overturn the peoples vote in the same fashion that queer judge eliminated the peoples vote to ban gay marriages.

I'm sure your employer could test still if it passed.

California still isn't allowed to vote to overturn federal law is my understanding

So yes the bossman could still bust you

Especially considering how easily the federal government forced every state to raise the drinking age to 21

But it is the DOT doing the testing all be it at the employers expense.

Knowing my work they would make you sign a waiver to still be tested.

Insurance company's may have a say in this.

Polls don't close until 9 pm here. Won't know until about who's leading until about 9:15.

has NOTHING to do with young/old voters..prop 19 is pure crap and was put on the ballot for propaganda purposes..has NO CHANCE of passing..California had no problem voting back in 1997 for PROPOSITION 215..which we LIVE by and is still in place here in so. cal..long live prop215!!

Shocked it didn't pass. Guess the young kids are too stoned to vote.

They were saying the early/Pre Feedback looked like it would pass. saying people was talking about getting out to Vote Because pf Proposition 19
late last night , they said maybe they were talking about getting out to Vote, to Knock Down...
