Always believed he was overrated.........stated such when the Skins hired him.


Look at his record without Elway.


Plus, as you stated, he is now at the stage in his life where he is losing it.............be this a warning to all of us.

I agree. I've said this for year. I think he would make a good OC somewhere.

But this isn't the first time he has pulled this shit. He replace Jake Plummer with Jay Cutler in the middle of a playoff run.
