he is obviously at that age with him remembering gold back in the 80s and thinking of his favorite 70s and 80s movies.

not to mention his lifelong regrets on gambling and re-doing his life over without the gambling

Is Empty Nest Syndrome related to Mid-life Crisis? He posted a couple months ago how his little girl went off to college. Now the only thing he has to do is chase his wife around the house. That poor woman must be a saint.
