Rather than receiving congratulations for the Broncos' 49-29 win over Kansas City, Josh McDaniels got a finger-wagging from coach Todd Haley. McDaniels, the Broncos' head coach, seemed confused. It didn't seem like he was running up the score. When his team goes up 35-0 with more than 5 minutes remaining in the first half, and wins by a final score of 49-29, the numbers suggest if anything, the Broncos let up. Haley, the last man out of the visiting locker room, was asked about the exchange on his way to the team bus: "Just part of the game," he said.

Dude you are a professional football team. Not pee wee league. Up by 35 at the half isn't a lock. They only scored 14 in the 2nd half:ohno:. TAKE YOUR BEATINGS LIKE A MAN HALEY.

Situations like these, the losing coach always comes out as a whiner and a sore loser.

I think his problem was with how the Bronco players were dancing and goofing around when there was a quarter and a half left to play. Maybe he took it as disrespect for the game, but that should've at least pushed his team to put in a better effort in the fourth quarter.
