I have an Iphone that I use frequently, and in the past couple months any time I am browsing on it, scrolling my thumb would hurt to the point I couldn't scroll any more...
In the past couple weeks, it's starting to get bad as pain is shooting through my hand creating this burning, uncomfortable tingingly sensation even when I am not on the phone..
so I googled it, and apparently it's called "Blackberry Thumb" I thought I was crazy thinking my Iphone was giving me tendonitis in my thumb.... but guess not
