Do you weigh more or less since High School?

Actually, i'm about 10lbs less.

I see a lot of classmates that have balooned beyond belief lately.

I'm 17 years out of high school......damn how time flies

i left high school 7 years ago... i have gained probably 20 pounds.... but 3 years ago i weighted 155lbs just like in high school... before that i weighted up to 185lbs... im not very stable in the weight department

I'm 33 years out

I was a rail thin 24/7 gym rat when in HS, I've gained 80 fucking pounds since then

50 of those pounds came after I stopped playing hoops and lived my life for my kids about 15 years ago

31 years out weighed 225 HS now 270.........down from 315 5 years ago

well I was skinny rail 150 in highschool now 181 so more....

Gained 15 pounds first quarter of Freshman year and not because of beer (don't drink). That was Jan. '95, Have have had a 4 pound variance since then. 172-176 for the last 15 years.

Senior year physical weighed 203. Very close to that right now, but been over or under that more than 20 pounds each way throughout the last 12 months

well @ 6' 5"...I've gone from 220 to 240....right now 235...not bad for an older dude...

I have to watch w/ the upcoming Holidays though....I'm going to my 2nd Home in Florida....after Thanksgiving...

gotta look good for ALL the COUGARS on the BEACH...lol...@)

155 in HS.....just ran a marathon on Sunday....weighed 159.....but usually around 165. Out of HS 22 years......

I was 225 in High School and probably about 235 today 28 years after I graduated from High School....so I put on 10 lbs

That was 25 years ago. Wow. 6 foot and around 155 lbs in HS. Filled out in college, and got up to about 190 after college. I workout regularly and have been able to maintain 165 for the last 15 years.

Was like 170 in high school. About 185-190 now. Most of it is muscle but my beer gut doesn't help
