Is Wrigley field ready for Football? Why not? It hasn't been used for serious baseball over the past century... Sat. Illinois vs. Northwestern :):):):):):):):)

Well, the Bears played there for 5 decades...I think that qualifies it as football-worthy.

The configuration is different for this game than when the Bears were there. There literally is a foot between the north endzone and the wall (padded). The goalpost is bolted into the top of the wall.

Only problem is someone is going to get killed running a skinny post to the back of the endzone!!!
