Anyone know any medical coders? My sister does this, and has been for the last 8 years.
Once you are certified and get some experience you can make $20-$40 per hour, which isn't shabby. She can move most places in the world and work from home.
Hache. You know when you go to the Doc/ER and you get that reciept with all the diagnois symptoms on it? I'm pretty sure each illness has a severity and code that goes with it. You code the illness so it is properly billed.
The positive to this, once you travel to where the complany is and get trained, you can pretty much work from you home, and where ever your home is fine. As long as you have internet connection. Seems ideal
