Who was the last team in any pro sport that was predicted to be such a FORCE and was nothing but a FARCE? C'mon talks about beating the Bulls records and the beast of the east, If they played a string of West Coast opponents before the end of the month they'd have 10 losses before DEC. 1st....

Well...to a lesser extent the Cowboys. Always favoured by the media in the pre-season that they're Superbowl contenders.

Experts have said since this happened that the Heat were not going to win a championship their first year together.

I'm not talking about winning the championship, I'm talking about sitting 8-5 in the EAST, Ok so they lost to the defending Eastern Champs to open no biggie, then throttled the worst in the EAST, a bottom 3 team in the west, tough loss vs. good team, beat the NETS again, lost back to back at home, Orlando is the only team that they have beaten with a winning record, things aint been pretty so far...

the malone - payton lakers....

I was thinking about that one too....but they finished 1st in the division 56-26...and made it all the way and unfortunately lost in the NBA Finals. Yeah, "should" of won but the Pistons were damn good too.
