At almost $3 per pound more than I like to spend on any snack, but for the one day I can feel part of American culture and history, so that makes them worth it. Along with stuffing, cranberries, green beans, brussel sprouts, squash, pie and a full day of football it will be a great meal

I think we may be the only family in America that will be having, yes wait for it, wait for it, Salmon Patties for Thanksgiving Dinner. Many people here in the South eat Salmon Patties with mashed potatoes and some sort of another vegetable as a meal. No Turkey, no ham, no pork chops, no filets, just Salmon Patties.
