Probably me - Thanksgiving is not a Holiday in Costa Rica and I would rather not do the whole Turkey just for me.

Yeah, know a few guys down in Panama doing it too. Had it here at a friends place, pretty good.
Maybe one year I'll do it.
Happy Thanksgiving to all the Boys down in CR.

See all the ads for whole turkeys at under 50-cents per pound, but the cost of cooking and cleaning is pretty high

I'm going with turkey meatballs, lots of protein and not much fat. At almost $3 per pound more than I like to spend on any snack, but for the one day I can feel part of American culture and history, so that makes them worth it. Along with stuffing, cranberries, green beans, brussel sprouts, squash, pie and a full day of football it will be a great meal

I think we may be the only family in America that will be having, yes wait for it, wait for it, Salmon Patties for Thanksgiving Dinner. Many people here in the South eat Salmon Patties with mashed potatoes and some sort of another vegetable as a meal. No Turkey, no ham, no pork chops, no filets, just Salmon Patties.

The Wild Turkey Honey Liquor is a nice change of pace as is not near as harsh as Wild Turkey 101. The Wild Turkey Honey Liquor makes a for a great cough medicine also.

My GF is a vegan.....I mock her constantly. She falls asleep on the sofa and I put lunchmeat on her arms and face
