Caesars Palace is also good for poker. Especially if you like tournaments. Aria is nice, and they have a "Phil Ivey" poker room which was really cool and I checked that out when I was down there. Bellagio is also amazing. Everything to do with that hotel is amazing and is worth checking out of course.
Check out the Frank Sinatra restaurant at the Encore. Encore/Wynn is breathtaking and also have amazing sportsbooks.
Tons of good places to eat. I forget what the place is called but its across from Caesars Palace...it's not a big hotel but it has steak & eggs at 3am for 5 bucks. Soooo good and sooo cheap. Other places that are good to eat at are..

Check out the Encore Beach Club or Tao Beach. Basically day parties with hot chicks all around in bathing suits. Don't mess with Wet Republic. It is the biggest white trash fest of all time. Lots of tattoos and gel there. The pool has a shine to it that looks like the Jersey shore types were bathing in it.
If you go to the nightclubs make sure you set up a reservation and get table service. It is pricey, but you don't want to wait in line like a donk. XS is the best club, but you're going to have to spend big bucks to get in there. Haze in the City center is really expensive too. Went out there at the beginning of September with 6 guys total. We all threw down $500 and got the best table at Tao right on the dance floor (dance floor tables are the most $$$$). Amazing night. For $300 bucks a man, you should be able to do it up. GL
