At what point Friday will we learn of the first Black Friday death?

At what time will the first death be reported and what would you guys put the over under at?

I'm gonna say around 7am Eastern the first casualty will occur. I'm not sure if it will be at Wal Mart, K-Mart or Target. I'd give a slight edge to the Marts. They tend to thrive on stampedes.

Give me 2 critically wounded shoppers on Friday for the max!

I think most stores open at 4am. So over under 4:10. The moment they open the doors would be the most dangerous time.
Walmart for sure.

I'd rather pay double the Black Friday price to not have to be in the cold with a bunch of tramplers. Plus I'd probably stiff arm an old woman to the ground anyway.

I'd say within 15 minutes. You guys on the east coast have an edge, since the stores open that much earlier. Walmart is a good bet.

Probably one of those game players that has technology that simply passed me by. I could probably play an Atari game right now but damn, all those buttons and nobs on those controllers just confuses the hell out of me.

I bet the first death will either come by way of chasing down a non name brand 40 inch flat panel or one of them game players. Weeee or Xbox960.

Local news is showing some lady started waiting in line at Target at 8am this morning (Wednesday).

Her husband is out of town and she has no kids so she will have Thanksgiving on Sunday. She is with a lady who wants a 40" TV for $298.

Well then there it is. Maybe she will die of hypothermia sleeping in a K-Mart lawn chair in the Target parking lot. Target should just install better cameras before Black Friday to capture the stampede and then immediately post it up at YouTube. Those would go viral in no time. Instant hits. Maybe dub in some music and an add or two.

This stores need to kick people out for standing outside the stores so early. The time she spends waiting, she could be working and making more money to buy an even better tv than what she'll get on Black Friday.

No shit!!! She could get a part-time job that pays $10 per hour and work for maybe 5 hours a week for 10 weeks. That would add up to $500 that she is saving by sitting in line for 48 hours.

"I was amazed at what they fought over too. I saw a fist fight over a crock pot and one of the workers got punched in the face over a stupid towel."

"Oh I forgot, a lady got the 3 piece luggage set and was holding it over her head and some random guy jumped up and punched it out of her hands, grabbed it, and ran like hell."

"What was real funny was all the people video taping the idiots and themselves as they jumped the wal mart guys bringing out the pallets to get their treasured bargains."

I've scoured the headlines and can't find any casualties. The day is young but it sounds like we'll just have random assaults and slip and falls.
