I'm sitting here sipping my Jack Daniels Manhattan with a Pacifico beer chaser and playing in a Omaha Hi/Low tournament at SIA. Really not a care in the world. Biggest decision of the night was whether to put in my Hilton picks using Thursday games or wait until Friday. Because of a 1/2 point I passed on using the Thursday games, and will look at the rest of the games on Friday.
Ain't life grand. The only thing that bothers me is the cold weather we're having across the USA, and how the homeless are handling it. We can go to war and spend billions every week, while our brave soldiers get killed, yet Americans are starving in the streets. Just doesn't seem right.
