I am new to bonuses and I have a question for someone who understands this.

I just deposited $300 with Bookmaker

The bonus is this: 25% Sportsbook bonus, 5 times roll over + 100% Casino bonus, 40 times roll over

What happens if I lose the money in the sportsbook without reaching the rollover but i do reach the rollover in the casino. If my sportsbook reaches zero but i have a lot in the casino and reached the rollover i will be able to withdraw, is that correct?

not possible I don't believe. your sportsbook money and casino money are one in the same.

Sounds to me that it takes a separate deposit to the Casino to get the 100% bonus.

What did they credit you with Bonus-wise?

They gave me $600 in sportsbook bonus but they have not given me any Casino bonus. They said it would take up to 24 hours and its been over 48 hours with multiple email and phone calls to no available.

Very frustrated with bookmaker. They will not even reply to my emails. . .

Ok. Now they credited the casino amount but instead of the $1500 I was due ($250 max bonus of each of 5 deposits) they have my 5 seperate bonuses of $250 which is ok but the blackjack limit they provided was $50 a hand which was never mentioned in the bonus or at any time. At $50 a hand max it makes it very difficult to reach the rollover.

I usually play $50-$250 a hand and this $50 max per hand is stifling. Am I wrong to be bothered by this?

I can understand the 40x rollover but at least give me a chance. I have to wager the equivalent of $20,000 all from the starting point of $250 each.

At $50 max per hand I would have to play maybe 1,000 hands to realistically meet the rollover.
