Do the Texans have a chance against the Eagles on Thursday Night??

This game scares me....with Vick back in the pocket ready to run do the Texans stand a chance against the Eagles.

Accu-score has the Eagles at 81%

Line opened at 7.5 and I see some 9's out there

The number is a bit high considering how desperate Houston is for a win. One of my strongest plays of the week is Houston+8

Also just heard Desean Jackson might not play so if you like Houston take them now, if Desean is OUT it's very possible you'll see the line drop to 7.5

Disregard my last post. Info I received about Desean getting hurt in practice was from my fantasy opponent this week busting my balls since he's on my team. Sorry

For those looking for reasons the Texans might give the Eagles all they can handle, here's some ammunition.

• The Texans are 7-6 on the road the last two seasons, including 2-3 this season. Since the beginning of the 2008 season, they're averaging 390.1 yards on the road, second only to the New Orleans Saints (390.8).

• Last season, the Texans led the league with 407.2 yards on the road. This season, they rank fourth with 399.2.

• The Texans have the NFL's leading rusher in Arian Foster (1,147 yards). He leads the league with 1,600 yards from scrimmage and 13 touchdowns (12 rushing).

• Foster and Andre Johnson (869 yards receiving) lead the AFC with 2,016 yards rushing and receiving. They're the NFL's second-most prolific duo behind Atlanta's Michael Turner (974 rushing) and Roddy White (1,066) with 2,040.

• By the way, when the Rocky theme music plays at Lincoln Financial Field, I wonder if they'll show Johnson pummeling Finnegan. Philly fans will respect Johnson even more after his roundhouse and uppercut received so much nationwide attention.

• Even though Matt Schaub tried to downplay it, you know he wants to have a big game for a couple of reasons. One, he grew up 22 miles from Philadelphia, and two, he and Vick were teammates and friends in Atlanta before he was traded to the Texans.
