Took me 7 hours to dig my parents out. The drifts were 6 feet high with total snowfall measuring 42". I just got back and my back is killing me. I have never seen anything like it. I was lucky in OP we only got about 18" or so.

6 fucking feet! Where are u, in Alaska, the N Pole?

I'd look to hire a high school kid for minimum wage.

In Rain City here we got maybe 2" recently and that may be it for the year.
Not that i mind a bit of snow. It's a nice change from the constant pissing.

Western NY may be the biggest snow belt in the US.

We only got about 2" where i'm at in Cheektowaga, but if you travel 3 miles south of us they got over 3 feet and 5-6 foot snow banks, lol... I went to my buddy's house last night; he's on the boarder of West Seneca and Cheektowaga and they were fucking barried. There is dump trucks filled with snow everywhere getting the snow out of there. There are still alot of side streets that are impassible... very ugly..

FYI Watertown got hammered just as hard as us and you don't hear nothing about them poor bastards.

Harry, your parents in Hamburg?

Ahh, i think they got it the worst, along with lackawanna/Blasedell.. They were in the line of fire the whole time. ...

I'm very thankful I wasn't one of those people stuck on the 90 for 2 days... Some one in the NYS DOT needs to get fired..
