BetPhoenix ( Not putting up CBB Totals Early enough )

As the most chickenshit book I've ever dealt with. Not only no CBB totals, except for TV, they now won't post a line for the NYG/Vikes. When every other book has it. Shameful for an RX sponsored book. This will be moved to the RR I'm sure.

I'll answer both of your Qs. One I have $$ there and it's less than I want to pull, 2, so you are OK w/no totals & chickenshit BS like no # on the NYG game? Not that I really give a shit what you think, and NO I'm not the only one who's fed up w/their wagering policies. As far as getting out, they DO pay and that's THE most important thing to most. Now to Answer your Question...even though you didn't Ask a question.

You want to Blame and Bash a Book, but maybe you should understand Why More and More Books ( Not Just betphoenix ) are Not Putting up CBB Totals Early enough for the players.

You can Blame RAS
Because of Edward..... More and More Books, INCLUDING ALL Top Tier Books are holding Off until his Action goes in.

I could understand why you are mad, But you Shouldn't blame the Book !
This has become the Norm at a lot of Books....and will Continue to be the Norm with RAS making plays.

On another note ......I don't ( most time's ) make my College plays till 10 mins to tip so I am fine with late line ......For the NFL Giant game .......Seldom play Pro football ...so yea I am ok w/ there lines ...........

I currently have 5 Outs, if one doesn't have what I want/ looking for .....I go to the ones that Do.

This is not hard....

Last year, I dropped a Book because their CBB total's weren't out early. End of story !

Some Books just Don't want to get Buried !
And I know you have Been around a Long time....longer than me
You know that there are Books out there that just don't want to get Hurt....and Totals can Hurt a Book.

Well the total I wanted LN was a push, so what the hell. And yes, I do know RAS has killed them. not w/5D, guess I will be next yr. Boy is that optimistic for me!

It's not easy to transfer with BP....I've heard they can do Bookmaker but not Pinny, 5D, and Greek.

I know that I don't have the knowledge that some of you do regarding off shore books but it seems to be this RAS character is getting blown out of proportion. Does one individual really have that much of an impact on the books that they won't post cbb totals until after he gets down? I find this extremely hard to believe. If someone can elaborate a little more than "the books are scared of RAS" please do.

jb he beat the books for several years now. last year even pinny stopped posting all totals early, and even raised basket totals to -108 lines which was a huge change for them to leave their low juice.

with that being said he is now charging 3500 a season for his baskets and i hear he is down this year. he is posted everyday in service section BUT it is the after affect when the book moves the lines 5-10 pts off his number.... that being said, since he has lost anyway, it hasnt mattered (yet)

Most books don't post the early NCAA totals. This has been going on for years (personally I can attest 3 yrs at least), so you are sort of a moron for even making this thread. Like BOA said, blame RAS and Helmut.

Also, since the QB situation is up in the air, BetPhoenix leaving the Vikes/Giants total off the board is totally understandable. Lots of other books have the game on the board so who cares? Go make your bet for that game at one of the other books.

Having said all that, I have heard from various ppl (who seem very legit BTW) that they have had their limits cut bigtime on BetPhoenix, or that a very small amount of the "wise" community can take advantage of their reduced juice lines. I heard about this because most of the NFL lines I post here and elsewhere are BetPhoenix lines. This is a gripe that is actually worth starting a thread about, and is worthy of discussion IMO.
