ryan leaf, demarcus russle, andre ware, rodney peete, matt leinert...in other word's...OVERRATED AND WILL BE A BUST IN THE NFL....i hope he goes to dallas or sf, or a few other's who i don't like...i know he won't be at dallas though w homo still there...which is fine by me. thought's?

Rodney Peete had a pretty long career for what you call a bust.

Newton has a good arm and is accurate. I think he will be an average qb, not great but not a bust

You also have to remember Cam hasnt had 4 years under center. He's still very raw. A good coach might could make a great QB out of him.. However as we have seen far to often if the money itself doesnt ruin him his family and posse will.......

Any other brillant football advice you would like to provide? How about moving Fairley to LT? What about maybe converting Kellen Moore to a kicker, since you guys don't really have one?

doubt he's gonna be a bust...he just seems to have a little "more" than some of those names...certainly think he falls in line with Vince Young and Colt McCoy (who has shown well in NFL so far), and i think he's just a bit better than both of them......he may have to play a little wildcat or flex, kind of like Brad Smith does with the Jets, but he'll do fine in NFL i think...

As always going from NCAA to NFL the question will be not if his arms is strong enough or if he can run , but does he have the head ! I don't think he makes it in the NFL he may hang around a while and be a decent option for some wildcat type plays , but being a full time starting NFL QB probably a long shot.
