Question about the 'Pinny Lean'

I'm not quite sure I understand this.

For instance if Pinny has St. Louis Rams this week at -1 -117 where other books have St. Louis at -1.5 this means that Pinny is wanting you to bet on KC which offers the better juice and this means that the 'Pinny Lean' would be to bet KC, do I have this right?

One other question:

I am no longer a customer at Pinny (I'm in the US) and when I go to check their odds it's all in decimals which I think is European, is there way to enter their site and get American odds? I can't find it.

On the upper left side, you will see two drop downs... 2nd one, you can change to American Odds

Also, IMHO I don't think the "Pinny Lean" is what it use to be

they have the 1 -117 because at this time they are not interested in kc 6 point teasers + 7.5....thats it
