every year some idiot says this bout izzo in december then his team is in the final four even though they usually not even close to the most talented, calling Izzo overrated shows you know next to nothing about the sport....

IZZO = Mr. March, he would rather schedule good teams early on in the year and possibly lose (so he can improve the flaws of his team and be ready for March), better than beating up on cupcakes like other teams do and learn nothing about your team early on, since there is a massive playoff with 65+ teams that make the field this is a good strategy IMO, not like college football where 1 loss can destroy you

second thread in a month from you about Izzo being overrated.....obviously, you lost big again on MSU. Wait till March, when the Spartans are rolling and your Jayhawks are choking against Northern Iowa or Bucknell.

Izzo's resume speaks for itself, but the 2010/11 Sparty club appears to have been overrated. I don't think they're final four contenders anymore

this isnt a very good michigan st team but izzos not overrated. hes the 2nd best their is in college. wasnt all that impressed with em last year either, remember that kansas and ohio st both lost and they beat nothing better then a 4 seed to get to the final 4.

to get that team to a final four was impressive as hell, dont care who they had to play to get there, that team was no where close to one of the best 4 teams talent wise...

Izzo and the word "OVERRATED" just don't go together. He's a class act and he somehow always takes his teams deep into the postseason. Don't fuck with the Izzo!

This was a 2010 thread, and it's 2012 and he's still OVERRATED =) I will tell you one thing, i never thought they would be this solid this year. I just didn't think Draymond Green could do it himself........but he always has these other players step up their game.
