Least:

Not being able to play basketball. The body is still holding up at 46.5... not sure if I'll be able to play 3+ times a week in 10 years.
And... not being able to have sex?

Most:

Not sure... getting old sucks.

I cannot think of one thing that I look forward to as I get older - wish I could stay between 30-40 forever

Trust me, the only thing to look forward to are grandchildren and retiring. When you retire.....if you can afford it....you can travel at your leisure. I've always wanted to take a motor home across the USA and visit every state. Without any schedule, you could stay in one place for as long as you liked. So suppose you visited South Dakota and found things you liked there, you could stay there for as long as you liked.

Worst part about getting old is the bad things that can happen to your body and your health. One day I was walking fine, then I started feeling a pain in my hip. Next thing I knew, I had severe arthritis in my right hip. One day everything fine, and then I start pissing and drinking like a race horse. Type 2 diabeties set in. And just a few weeks ago, my righrt hand was fine. Next thing I knew, the hand starts turning numb. Still don't know what that one is.

The Black Hills are nice in South Dakota. I think I could live there for a few months out of each year. Other than that you'll probably want to head west.

I hear you about the joints going out and stuff. Whenever I get sore joints I go to the massage therapist and she makes things better. Both of my parents played golf. My Dad up until about a year before he died. My Mom still plays and she's in her 70's so hopefully I can stay active late in life.

Really nothing good about growing old when the body shuts down and you need to rely on others for the simple things in life, (shopping. laundry, mowing, help walking to the car) Id rather checkout at that time.

As others have said; "getting old is a state of mind". At 63, it comes fast and you can't run the 9.9 100 anymore, but......
I can still do moderate lifting, ride a bike (nishiki & Harley), play tennis 4-5 times a week etc. The problem with many is they start getting inactive early in life and that accelerates the process. I believe gambling actually helps, always thinking, evaluating, analyzing, and looking forward to the next puzzle. My least favorite thing is attending funerals of others, both older and younger! Merry Christmas to all the rx'ers!

The good...hopefully getting smarter, better {know how} at gambling, sex, etc.

The bad...physical health devolving [but learning about things {e.g. drugs} to deal with the pain.]

The ugly...not as cute as when i was a rugrat {tho with age should come the game/$/charm to get chicks}.

The end...death...looking forward to it & a harem of virgins in paradise forever.
