not one that switches quarterbacks at worse rate then a 2 qb offense in college 
I think the guy is an excellent motivator but his decision making has been crap this year. I like his fire. Put him at defensive coordinator or something. Just keep him away from an offense. Constantly changing the quarterbacks and offensive coordinators... poor play calling... starting Alex Smith... blah.
Were u even watching some of the games this year? He was constantly running onto the field like he owned it, complaining to refs, getting into confrontations with his players on the field....do you seriously call this carrying himself well? He wasn't ready for the head coaching position and he never will be, just not head coaching material.
