I still think the Saints take Reggie Bush there assuming he had the same hype going into the draft.
We needed the hype back then. Reggie sold out the season tickets that year. Sometimes picks are more important for what they do off the field as they are on the field. You can even make the case that the Saints may not even be in New Orleans right now without Reggie.

The lease that was signed to extend the Saints in New Orleans after Katrina had a lot to do with the hype of Reggie Bush and the sold out SuperDome

This draft was a bust overall looking back at it.
This was supposed to be a real strong draft, but did not turn out the way it was supposed to on paper.

Even players that you cant quite call bust have not reached there full potential.

Arizona Cardinals select Jay Cutler. That is their main need. They'd be happy with a marginally improved version of Derek Anderson at this point.
