Is It Me Or Do The Squares/Public Consistently Win Year After Year Betting Bowl Games?

I feel like the oddsmakers almost make it too easy for the public to bet bowl games, today's game for instance everyone is gonna pound Missouri-2.5. IMO this line should be 6, 6.5

You guys are brutal, I was just using the Mizzou game as one example, I was rooting for Iowa and trust me I'm fully aware of what a square is and I'm sure as shit not a square myself. I started the thread just to see if anyone else agrees with my opinion that the public usually wins betting bowl games.

Woulda been alot nicer if Iowa covered 2nd half, thought they did on that last play! The real kick in the nuts for me last night was Philly losing outright. It was me and one other guy left in our local survivor pool and I had Philly. I woulda be collecting $1,800 right about now.

In my opinion square plays do very well in college football, not only in bowls but throughout the year as well.
