I'm quitting Red Bulls and switching to coffee starting tomorrow. Red Bulls is just to expensive of a habit. I'm trying to find a good coffee that's not too expensive but has good flavor. I've got Starbucks Coffee right now, the kind you get in the store, but I wasn't really all that impressed with it.

If you're new to coffee don't worry about getting too fancy while you learn what you like and how you like it. Get some basic Maxwell House and start with that. You'll eventually learn what your own preferences are.

any mid-level coffee is going to be a lot better than Red Bull

Buying it when it is at its freshest and using a good coffee maker will often be more important than brand. Check out the bulk beans at the grocery store

Do yourself a favor and go to a Vietnamese restaurant and get a hot coffee. They put sweetened condensed milk in it and it's strong.

I started buying the Duncin Donots coffee after searching for a better taste about two years ago. A little more expensive than some but it goes on sale at CVS or Walmart all the time. Tried all the rest and this just taste the best. Have had people come over in the morning and ask me what kind of coffee it was because it had such a good taste.

SOLID answers given already in this thread........

DON FRANCISCOS
DUNKIN DONUT
8'OCLOCK(good value)

If you want to spend a tad more than those above, try SEATTLES BEST

Avoid FOLGERS, MAXWELL HOUSE, etc., etc, at all costs.

The best coffee bar none, ask any cop.

Their in-store coffee would be much better if they used different cups...........nasty cups takes away from the quaity of the coffee.

Also, for those interested, DUNKIN DONUT coffee contains less caffiene than most other coffees.
