Fla. man says he'll live in fenced in enclosure with 2 African lions for 30 days

San Jose, Costa Rica, January 5th, 2011, Hollywoodsportsbook.com, (www.hollywoodsportsbook.com) a leading online entertainment gaming site since 1997, today announced that it has chosen Mr. James Jablon of Spring Hill, Fl. as its first “Gambler of the Week” in 2011 for his risky decision to live with 2 African Lions for 30 days.

Robert Evans, Hollywood’s Director of Operations, says “Whew, where do I begin? This may be taking animal activism a bit far. Not only is he obviously gambling with his life in his effort to hope to raise money for his wildlife center, the Wildlife Rehabilitation of Hernando (WROH), but he is streaming the cause live on the internet for all to see. I hope he realizes most people who log on will be hoping to see the lions enjoying a sturdy meal...mostly of Mr. Jablon I’m sure. Kinda like the movie “Untraceable” starring the beautiful Diane Lane where death mongers log on to a website to watch people die. I obviously don’t want that to happen to Mr. Jablon, he is doing some good work down there.”

Jablon says he's going to sleep on hay near the lions named Lea and Ed whom he has raised from cubs and eat when they eat. He says he's also going to build a place to sleep and hide in the trees in the enclosure, in case the lions fight.

Evans adds... “Great…he’s going to climb a tree if the lions get too frisky...What the hell is he going to do if they get too hungry? Dig a hole? The last place I want to be is in cage with 2 underfed lions. Did this guy not learn anything from Siegfried and Roy? They lived with their cubs for 20 years and Roy eventually looked good enough to eat especially in his white spandex outfit.

(WROH) was started for native wildlife needing medical treatment, but Jablon says he's now being asked to provide homes for exotic pets and is hoping to raise money to help care for 100 animals live at the center which costs $75,000- $100,000 a year.
“I guess we will see if Mr. Jablon survives this crazy stunt on February 1st,” concludes Evans.

For being chosen as our “Gambler of the Week,” Hollywood is awarding Mr. Jablon with a $500 wagering account which we hope he can run up to thousands in order to pay for some appropriate food for those lions other than human says Ms. Nicki Smith, Hollywood’s Public Relations manager and not for funeral costs. But in all seriousness Hollywood is also going to double Mr. Jablons’ winnings in the form of a donation to the center.

Additionally Hollywood has a special promotion in honor of Mr. Jablon. Sign up and make a deposit with them and they will give you an extra 20% cash bonus to use on their site using promo code GOW20.
