New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has signed legislation that allows two small casinos to be built in Atlantic City, KYW Newsradio reports in an Associated Press story. Casinos in the city had been required to have at least 500 hotel rooms. The casinos allowed under the new legislation can have as few as 200 rooms. The Hard Rock Cafe has expressed an interest in putting a so-called boutique casino in the city.
