it actually is, most people look foolish throwing a punch because they have no clue how to actually do it. I took up boxing in my teens before that I threw punches like a wild fool. If you dont hit the heavy bag or take some sort of class you look foolish even though you think you look good, I know a couple of women that move the bag (no pun intended) better than your average man.
